Dolphin Living currently own 800 homes, with a further 300 homes recently submitted for planning approval. We are committed to continuing to deliver high quality housing for working Londoners.

So far, we have developments in nine London boroughs, and aim to continue to work throughout inner London and accessible well connected areas of Greater London.

We have excellent relationships with contractors, developers and housebuilders; acting as both sole developer and with partners, through Joint Ventures and S106 opportunities.

We are actively looking for opportunities within London to:

  • Acquire land; particularly land with planning consent, and sites of a strategic nature to help us deliver homes in the longer term
  • Enter into Joint Ventures: with public and private sector partners
  • Purchase homes under S106 agreements
  • Acquire completed high quality new homes
